The signs say it's 24hours. But the pumps are off and the doors are locked. Got off the highway for nothing.
This isn't a shell gas station as listed on Google maps. We where looking for a atm and our gps had us get off exit and our location would be on the right. We went down a little bit and to turn around, so the name of the gas station was changed to Gulf.
Stopped on way back to Knoxville. Was planning on paying with debit and simply asked if their machine was down. The cashier rudely barked "it's turned around for a reason." Took my card and slammed the receipt down for me to sign. I have never been greeted by such a rude cashier in my life. Horrible customer service.

Store hours said they were open, but had a hand written sign that said closed. Didn't know until I tried to use my debit card to get gas.. It took every penny out of my bank account. My car was empty on gas no other cards, banks closed and no one at the store. I almost didn't get home. I got my money back the next day 12 hours later. I've never had an issue like this at any gas station before.
