Terrible customer service! Call with a problem and and all they want to do is pass the buck to their 800 number. Also have drivers who are supposed to deliver to the door and get a signature tossing packages on the porch and signing for it THEMSELVES, even though two adults were at home when this happened twice in the past couple of weeks.
Why would my package be left on a neighbour's porch with a note in my mailbox telling me it was "on a porch at 1946" when my address is 1954 while I was home all day? Why not put it on my porch? Apparently it was too many steps for the lazy driver. Very small and light package by the way.
The staff is always friendly. Place has a very small parking lot at the front and is in an area that can be very congested with traffic during the busy hours. Caution must be taken when entering and exiting their parking lot.
I shouldn't have to wait till they open at 3 for my package. That's an inconvenience
The most overpriced method to ship? This is it! UPS charged me more to return a shipment than the original shipping costed. I had used UPS to ship and receive for 5 years, but they’ve lost ALL air my future business. Anyone considering using UPS, use USPS instead. Take it from me, save your wallet and save your trust for people who deserve it.
