My husband and I took our granddaughter there for a birthday lunch. It was very much over crowded. After we were seated we ordered our food. My husband and granddaughter's food came but only hailf of my food came. When the server brought the food she asked if there was anything else she could get us, I said yes, the rest of my food. So I day there waiting while they ate. By the time my food cane out they were fine eating. They had to sit and watch me eat. Very very bad service. So when we went to pay the cashier asks me how everybody was and my response was "terrible". She asked if I wanted to talk with a manager I told her yes. When he vane out he was very rude and unconcerned. He tried to make excuses then told the cashier to take my meal off. I wasn't looking for a free meal. I was looking for an apology. Again very very bad service. This establish will never get another penny from me.

Love to go to Cracker Barrel. This one was a little tricky getting to. I ordered a hamburger steak cooked medium and it came out cooked too much; almost burnt. They cooked me another that was to my taste. It was very busy but our server was very attentive. All in all good experience even with the hamburger steak. We took the too done one home to sons dog.

I absolutely love Cracker Barrel. This place has the best southern food/breakfast food you’ll find. My personal favorites are their amazing, amazing pancakes and their biscuits/cornbread. Utterly unbelievable. All their other dishes and sides are equally as tasty, and don’t even get me started on their Coca-cola chocolate cake. The prices are reasonable for the quantity of food you get!

I ordered oatmeal and blueberry muffin for breakfast. Muffin was hard as a rock, so I asked for another one. They brought another one, obviously burned. I took a piece off and it was all dried up inside. I asked the waitress to get me another one, unless it was overcooked too, or refund me the price of the muffin. She refunded me the cost since she said all those muffins looked the same. SO SAD. Cracker Barrel is just not what it used to be!

Delicious hot food served to the table by a friendly waitress. Travelling and felt welcomed by a warm fire going in the fireplace and smiling hostess. Enjoyed taking a break from the road by browsing through the Country Store...was impressed by how cute some of their clothing was!!
